Happy 2019! Here you go again with a list of goals and things you want to change for the New Year! The only issue is that you had a list last year and the year before and the year before and perhaps you have the same things on that list again.

Maybe you want to exercise more or eat healthier? Maybe you want to stop smoking? Maybe you want to get back to a size you used to be and reduce your shape and size? Maybe you are ready to reduce your anxiety and stress?

Regardless of what ambitions you have set for yourself, YOU CAN DO IT! Your unconscious mind only wants success for you.

Setting Goals

One issue is that many of us start out with too many goals. It is best for you to start simple and when you have reached your goal to create a new one.

There is also magic that happens when you write your goals down. It’s a good idea to start the year with writing down your goals and setting a time you want to reach the goal by. For example, the month of May is in 5 months. You would write down, “By May, I will be a healthy happy non-smoker for life.” “By June 30th, I will have reduced my weight down 30 pounds.” It is very important for the unconscious mind to know your intentions.
