How to get the most from your hypnosis download
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation.
It is a time when you allow your conscious mind to relax and allow your subconscious mind to take in the suggestions to help improve your situation.
To get the most from your hypnosis download make sure you are in a comfortable place, free of external noise and distraction. You will need to set aside about 30 minutes where you will not be disturbed for any reason. Please shut off all electronic devices such as text, cell phones, or any other device that is distracting.
It is very important you DO NOT listen to any hypnosis session
while you are driving or operating any type of machinery.
Please be aware if there is any reason you need to awaken from the hypnosis session you will do so fully alert and awake.
Since all hypnosis is self-hypnosis you are already equipped in your mind to go into hypnosis simply and easily.
You can use these recordings the way you wish however, I have found through working with my clients there are two methods which allow you to get the most out of your session.
The first method is you listen to your recording every day for seven days in a row and then every other day for the next three weeks. Also it is often more effective to work on one issue at a time. However, there is no “correct method”. Your subconscious mind is very intelligent and will know exactly what is right for you.
